Frequently Asked Questions

  • All orders are custom-made to order, which means we do not have ready-to-ship stock. That extends our production timing to 4-6 weeks on average, depending on the item, so be sure to review the details on the product listing prior to purchasing.

While we adhere as tightly to committed schedules as possible, we are not responsible for shipment provider delays.

  • A lot of time and care goes into making every item we sell. Merchandise that is damaged upon receipt or defective will be repaired or replaced only.  Written authorization is required prior to the return of any merchandise for repair or replacement. Return shipment costs are the customer's responsibility.  All other sales are final.

  • Orders can be canceled and fully refunded only within 24 hours of order placement. Orders are non-refundable after 24 hours.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within two business days.

  • We offer flexible pricing based on project type, complexity, and production demand. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

Custom requests can be submitted via the contact us form, and a representative will get back to you.

  • With proper care your latex mask or resin prop can last a long time. Masks can become collectible and it's worth taking care of your investment.

    Storage

    • Keep your mask or prop bagged when not displaying it. Ideally, use a clear bag over the outside to limit dust buildup.

    • Stuff your latex masks when not in use so they keep their form and do not develop creases.

    • We recommend clean, clear plastic bags stuffed with packing paper or bubble wrap placed inside the mask to retain shape.

    • No need to overfill it and stress the latex, just enough to fill the form. If it has light creases already, stuffing it can help. Watch the neck so that it doesn’t fold if you place it in a box.

    • Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun! This is very important as sunlight will degrade latex and fade acrylic paint on resin props. Take this into account when deciding where to display your mask inside your home.

    • Ideally, store your mask or prop in a cool, dark, and dry location.

    • Avoid storing latex in areas with large temperature swings, such as a garage or attic. A closet is ideal.

    Use:

    • Avoid putting the latex under stress. It will eventually crack & tear. Don’t overstretch it to get on your head or a head bust.

    • Careful not to bend high-gloss eyes; they will crack.

    • Your own sweat can damage a mask. Try to dry it out after you wear it. If your primary intent is to wear it, don’t worry, but if it is for collecting, then watch out for sweat and skin oil. A light wipe of the inside with a dry cloth after use helps.

    • Avoid operating a motor vehicle or machinery while wearing a mask. Limited visibility is a hazard.

    Cleaning

    • Dust it off

    • If needed, use a solution of water and diluted gentle soap, like Dawn.

    • Do not scrub! Do a test first in a small area in the back. Consider using soft sponges and towels that won't scratch.

    • Avoid using Armor All or automotive clear coats for protection.

    • Check with a professional mask collector or restorer before spraying your mask with something that could potentially damage the latex or paint.

    • If your mask or prop has hair/fur

    • Avoid pulling or tugging at the hair, as this can cause it to detach from the mask.

    • You can use a comb to gently detangle the ends of hair or fur, but avoid washing it, as this can cause matting.

    • Learn to love that latex smell of your mask, don’t try and get rid of it!

    • Steer clear of spraying it with perfume or scented cleaners.

    Finally

    • Masks and props can last, almost like new, for over 40 years when stored and cared for properly. Enjoy your new temporary identity and have fun!
